How To Return An Item

• Return must be approved before the item can be returned.
• All returns are subject to inspection.

Return Exceptions

• Lishi/ Locksmith tools can not be returned unless noted otherwise
• Machines / Electronic devices/ Brand Name Locks must be approved through manufacturer or Superb-keys tech support
  

NOTICE: If there is any problem with the goods within three months after you receive our goods, we accept returns and bear the return shipping costs. We still accept returns during three to six months after receiving the goods, but the shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders over than six months.

Missing Items
Any item which are missing from an order must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48 hour period
